我是先用SIGMA/W的"coupled stress/pwp" 去計算出水壓以及應力,再用SLOPE/W下的"SIGMA/W stress"去計算,所以我是想請問 SLOPE/W下的"SIGMA/W stress"?是如何計算的呢?感謝。

SLOPE/W discretizes the sliding mass into slices. The slice geometry is known from SLOPE/W, including the base length, base angle, slice width, and the coordinates for the centre of the slice base. SLOPE/W can then look
into the finite element domain, find the element and gauss region with those coordinates, and calculate the stresses.
SLOPE/W determines the nearest gauss region from the finite element mesh at the base of each slice. It is then able to determine the sigma-x, sigma-y, and shear stress within that gauss region. Using the Mohr-coulomb
equation, it can then calculate the normal and shear stress based on the angle of the slice base.
